Music by DJ Aaron Kirtz
Aaron Kirtz, aka A to the K, has been secretly djing now for well over a decade, and is proud to be among the ever decreasing vinyl djs who still value wax over circuit boards. He has played on the same bill as Massive Attack, George Clinton, Orbital, Spearhead w/ Michael Franti and many more. He cut his teeth djing on the mean streets of Prague, performing at graffiti jams, breakdancing battles, skateboard competitions and in clubs throughout the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Germany. He performs mainly at lofts and underground clubs in New York when he's not making deals at Forever Cheese.

Music by DJ Carlos Souffront
DJ Carlos Souffront is a Detroit mainstay and one of the midwest's finest underground talents. His rigorous integrity toward and impeccable taste for eclectic styles of distinctive electronic dance music have set his reputation as "the dj's dj" and "the techno librarian." From playing prolifically in premiere venues in Detroit and abroad, hosting "Crush Collison" on Ann Arbor's WCBN-FM (one of the longest running electronic music-focused radio programs), while actively participating in international dance music culture, Carlos has become an important figure as an ardent and critical fan.

Food by Fromager Tia Keenan
Tia Keenan is a Fromager, culinary consultant, and artisan dairy advocate. With her unorthodox approach to cheese and pairing, Keenan adds a new "flavor language" to the American artisan cheese revolution. Keenan is partnering with Managing Partner Elizabeth Sayner on The Make Room, an artisan cheese focused restaurant based in New York City. Bringing together a new generation of artisan cheese makers, purveyors, designers and craftspeople, The Make Room invites guests to discover cheese as the main course and meal in one of the most unique dining experiences in the world.
