Welcome to Flattening the Curd, our first-ever virtual CMI event! If you’ve competed in The Cheesemonger Invitational before, you know that because it is typically extremely hands-on and interactive, it is virtually impossible (pun intended) to recreate it round-for-round over the internet. We’ve been able to adapt a few of our traditional challenges, but the limitations of this format have also inspired us to come up with a couple of new ones that we’re really excited about!
